01. Payment terms?
* Normally 30% down payment and the remaining amount due upon receipt of documents.
* Accept payment by L/C, Paypal, Western Union.

02. How to get sample?
Samples will be provided under the following conditions:
* Sample request with size less than 200*200mm can be sent for free quality checking.
* Sample delivery cost will be borne by the buyer.

03. When will production start?
* Immediately after our bank confirms L/C or advance payment has arrived.

04. Delivery time
* Delivery time is about 2-3 weeks per container.

05. Packaging
* Packed in standard export wooden crates, hard cartons or pallets as required.

06. Warranty & Complaints?
* Products will be replaced or repaired if any manufacturing defects are found during production or packaging.
