High quality film sanding disc is made of super hidden coated corundum aluminum oxide. The difference between it and other ordinary coatings is that the ordinary disc has two layers of sanding surface, during the sanding process, the outer layer of sandpaper falls off together with the dust of the sanding product causing premature clogging. However, our sanding disc has hidden anti-clogging coating. This coating makes it last longer than all other traditional sandpapers. Moreover, the exclusive film backing creates a very strong bond between the abrasive and the film backing, which increases its service life. Finally, the film backing and the abrasive are very even, even much more even than ordinary paper, making it much more efficient in the whole sanding process.
This sanding disc is ideal for automotive industry, electronics industry, construction machinery, etc.
