AID.SIL A900 silicone glue is a neutral curing glue with very high elasticity and excellent adhesion. The glue dries at room temperature when exposed to air humidity. It is resistant to high temperatures, waterproof, resistant to harsh weather and has excellent adhesion to many types of materials. Step 1: Prepare glue gun, detergent, protective gloves

Equipped with glue gun for optimal aesthetic effect when bonding and filling.

Step 2: Clean the construction surface

Clean the surface of joints and sealants with toluene or acetone to ensure good adhesion. Be sure to remove all dirt, grease, sealants or old coatings.

Step 3: Use tape to prevent silicone glue from smudging out.

Apply masking tape to areas that do not need to be bonded or filled to avoid smearing. Install the joint support, securing the frame, gasket and backing tape together.

Step 4: Apply silicone glue

Attach the glue product to the glue gun, place the glue gun in the position to be filled. Make sure there is enough space for construction. Pump glue continuously with moderate and even pressure with a minimum thickness of 6.0 mm. When completing the joint, press lightly and remove excess glue to make the joint more aesthetic.

Step 5: Wait for the glue to cure completely

Once the glue has cured on the surface, you can proceed to apply protective tape. Make sure the silicone glue has completely cured before proceeding with the next steps to get the best adhesive quality.

Bonding materials: Aluminum, glass, plastic, wood in interior.

Filling: Wood, brick, stone, PVC plastic,… exterior

Store glue at room temperature (10 - 35 degrees Celsius) away from heat sources, direct sunlight and areas with high humidity to ensure the quality of the glue for next use.

If there is excess glue during use, seal the glue nozzle with a plastic bag or sealed material to prevent glue from being exposed to air.
