G791 Weatherproof Glue – G791 Glue is a specialized glue for exterior facades. The glue does not pollute the environment and can be bonded to metal, ceramics, glass and other substrates.

Properties

• Neutral, one-component, silicone-based adhesive
• Good sealing and bonding properties.
• No sagging, easy to apply.

Application.

G791 is applicable to all types of glass walls, sun rooms, high-grade doors and weatherproof windows. The adhesive is also suitable for sealing and bonding solar panel installations.

Specifications

Instructions for use:

• Remove dust, oil and water from the substrate surface.
• The surface curing time and total curing time of polyurethane adhesive are affected by the ambient temperature and humidity. Construction ambient temperature: 5 – 35°C. Temperature 50 – 70 % RH.
• Before use, adhesive test and base material compatibility test must be carried out, if necessary, contamination test must also be carried out, confirm eligibility before construction. This product is not suitable for the following applications: such as concrete or cement building materials; structural assembly applications; containing base materials such as zinc/brass/copper/lead.

Transportation and storage

• Transportation: Keep the product away from moisture, sunlight, high temperature and avoid collision.
• Storage: Keep the product in a cool, dry place. Temperature from 5 – 25 °C. Humidity: ≤50%.
• Expiry date: 12 months from date of manufacture.

Safe :

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, remove sealant with cloth and wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
• For eye contact, hold eyelids apart and rinse thoroughly with water, contact a doctor.
