X'traseal X'bond Multipurpose Construction Adhesive is a building material adhesive that can be applied to vertical surfaces. X'bond can be used on a wide range of materials including PVC, wood, plaster, concrete, zebra, aluminium, galvanized iron, fibre cement board and flooring. It can also be used on polystyrene and the back of tempered glass.

USES:

• Bonding of PVC plastic sheet, wood, plaster, concrete, brick, aluminum, galvanized iron, fiber cement sheet and flooring.
• Stick Polystyrene, Polyurthene sheet and the back of tempered glass.

We recommend compatibility testing prior to installation to achieve the best desired results.

RESTRICTIONS:

• Do not use soaking water or soaking water under water.
• Do not use on Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylon or Teflon.
• Do not use double-sided surface.
• Do not use in places with continuous high temperatures.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Xbond multi-purpose adhesive can be applied by 1-way wet bonding method or 2-way sequential method.

In both methods, the first media must be clean, dry, free of grease, Dust and Dirt. Any paint that is bubbling must be removed and sanded before application.

One-way wet painting method:

Profit for large quantity panels.

• Apply a 4-6mm glue line evenly onto one surface, the glue lines should not be more than 45mm apart and the end joints must be glued on both surfaces.
• Move the surfaces to be attached together, using the re-fixing tool and maintaining when the hardware is incomplete.
• Clean off excess glue with Toluene or Xylene. Fixation time is 24 hours from the time of glue application.
• For panel construction, adhesive must be applied according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• To prevent floor squeaking, apply a line of glue to the edges of each panel after it is laid and just before joining the next panel.

Double exposure method.

• Spread the glue evenly on a surface and bring the objects to be glued together.
• Press the entire adhesive surface then pull both surfaces apart.
• Within 3-5 minutes, reposition and tighten the knots together.
• The following areas should use operational capacity to ensure the best package.
• Maximum hardness will be achieved within 12-72 hours. Permanent use should only be considered after this period.
• Clean off excess glue with Toluene or Xylene.

DRYING TIME:

X'bond build glue will complete Gmail after 7-24 hours at room temperature. Actual time may be longer depending on the depth of the surface where the glue is applied.
