Structural Adhesive G795 – G795 is a neutral structural silicone adhesive. The adhesive does not pollute the environment and is suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, glass and other substrates.

Application.

G795 applies to glass, stone, aluminum curtain wall and glass curtain wall roof daylighting and metal structure of the structure, sealing the joints.

Instructions for use:

• Remove dust, oil and water from the substrate surface.
• The surface curing time and total curing time of polyurethane adhesive are affected by the ambient temperature and humidity. Construction ambient temperature: 5 – 35°C. Temperature 50 – 70 % RH.
• Before use, adhesive test and base material compatibility test must be carried out, if necessary, contamination test must also be carried out, confirm eligibility before construction. This product is not suitable for the following applications: such as concrete or cement building materials; structural assembly applications; containing base materials such as zinc/brass/copper/lead.

Transportation and storage

• Transportation: Keep the product away from moisture, sunlight, high temperature and avoid collision.
• Storage: Keep the product in a cool, dry place. Temperature from 5 – 25 °C. Humidity: ≤50%.
• Expiry date: 12 months from date of manufacture.

Safe :

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, remove sealant with cloth and wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
• For eye contact, hold eyelids apart and rinse thoroughly with water, contact a doctor.
