Applications of Loctite 680 Adhesive

Loctite 680 high strength anti-rotation: very good application in environments with dynamic loads, axial forces and radial forces.

For assembly, apply adhesive around the leading edge of the pin and inside the pin neck and use a rotating motion during installation to ensure best fit.

For press-fit assembly, thoroughly glue the reverse side and assemble at high compression to level.

For compact assembly products, the adhesive must be applied to the part to create a smooth film of material. If the center is heated for assembly, attach the battery. If the battery is cooled for assembly, apply the main host. If both heating and cooling are performed, apply the material to cool the part. Avoid condensation on the cooling parts.
