DETAILED CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Surface preparation

• Surface cleaning : The construction surface must be completely cleaned, removing dirt, grease, rust, mold and other contaminants. Suitable cleaning solvents such as alcohol, gasoline or acetone can be used to clean the surface.
• Surface drying : The surface must be completely dry before applying the adhesive. A clean towel or hair dryer can be used to dry the surface.

Step 2: Cut the glue

• Cutting the glue nozzle : Cut the glue nozzle according to the size of the grout line to be constructed. The size of the glue nozzle should match the size of the grout line to ensure the right amount of glue and avoid waste.
• Glue gun installation : Install the glue gun to fit the Fanxisil 7000 glue bottle.

Step 3: Apply glue

• Glue injection : Pump glue onto the construction surface along the grout lines evenly. Glue injection should be done in a zigzag pattern to ensure good adhesion to the surface.
• Positioning : Use tape or hot glue to secure the parts that need to be joined while the glue dries.

Step 4: Post-construction processing

• Remove excess glue : Remove excess glue with a damp cloth or chisel within 5-10 minutes after application.
• Smooth the surface : Use a specialized tool to smooth the glue surface, creating beautiful grout lines.
• Wait for the glue to dry : Let the glue dry completely for 24-48 hours at room temperature.

• Gloves and masks should be worn when applying glue to protect health.
• Avoid contact with eyes, skin and mucous membranes.
• If glue gets into eyes, skin or mucous membranes, rinse immediately with water and see a doctor if necessary.
• Store glue in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
