SS811 Weatherproof Silicone Sealant is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant with good adhesion, excellent weather resistance and elasticity for sealing glass curtain walls, building facades, especially suitable for applications in areas with low temperature and humidity differences. It is easy to extrude in any weather and quickly cures at room temperature by reacting with moisture in the air to form a strong and highly elastic silicone joint (+/-50%). ASTM C920 : 2018 Standard Specification For Elastomeric Joint Sealants.

Features:

Stretch up to +/-50% of original joint widthwise.
Suitable for construction in areas with large temperature differences and low humidity.
Has a slight odor during vulcanization, non-corrosive.
Resistant to weather, UV, temperature, humidity, ozone.
Stable in weather conditions from -58 ^o F (-50 ^o C) to 302 ^o F (150 ^o C).
Good adhesion on many types of substrates such as coated glass, painted aluminum, ceramic, etc.
Good compatibility with other neutral silicones.

Ingredient :

One component, neutral.
RTV silicone glue line.

Application :

Sealing in glass wall joints.
Sealing in metal joints, ceramic wall panels.
Sealing joints of glass roofs, ACP curtain walls.
And many other uses.

SS850 meets or exceeds the requirements of the following standards for one-component sealants.

Expiry date and storage:

Store product below 27 ^o C (80 ^o F) and cover with glass.
Product has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture.
