X'traseal MC-806 fireproof Acrylic sealant is a one-component water-based Acrylic sealant that, when dry, is flexible, elastic, forming a fireproof layer with fire resistance up to 4 hours. MC-806 is used for fireproofing construction for buildings, projects, and items requiring fire resistance, fire resistance, etc.

Characteristic

Application

• Suitable for sealing cargo containers, truck and car bodies
• Seal gaps between window frames, doors, walls and floors
• DIY Applications: Gutters, Door Surrounds
• Used for ventilation and air conditioning systems: Seal gaps around ventilation ducts and ventilation duct joints.

We recommend testing compatibility prior to application to achieve the best desired results.

Limit

• Not suitable for outdoor construction in locations where it rains within 2 hours of construction.
• Do not use in locations subject to continuous water immersion.
• Do not use in locations with displacement exceeding 15%.

Construction

• Clean dust and dry surface.
• Remove excess material and smooth the work area.
• Use support tools to prevent dust from spreading outside the work area.
• Cut nozzle to desired size.
• Insert the glue bottle into the glue gun.
• Extrude the glue evenly onto the surface.
• Construction and editing within 5 minutes
• Clean excess glue with water.

Drying time

MC-806 fireproof acrylic sealant dries to a surface after 10 minutes and dries completely to a depth of 10mm after 7-14 days. The drying time may be longer depending on the weather and humidity of each area.
