How to apply Alseal AS4001SG sealant?

+ Before construction, the surface must be clean and dry. Clean, free of dust, oil, grease or water. The surface can be cleaned with alcohol or a suitable detergent.

+ Use masking tape to protect the surface and peel it off before it dries. This will give you the most perfect surface.

+ Cut the tip of the pump tube to the desired width. Then pump glue into the gap with a glue gun.

+ Squeeze the glue about 5 minutes after pumping. After about 30 minutes the glue will harden.

+ For the glue that does not harden, you can use white spirit to remove it.

+ For joints deeper than 10mm, you should use suitable backing material. Then use Alseal AS4001SG joint sealant.
