Tempered glass, or tempered glass, is a type of safety glass that has been processed by a controlled chemical or thermal process to increase its strength compared to regular glass. The tempering process applies stress to the outer surface and pressure to the inner surface. These stresses cause the glass to shatter into small granules rather than sharp, jagged shards like flat glass (also known as annealed glass). These granules are less likely to cause injury.

Question 7: How to handle errors?

A: Firstly, our products are produced under strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
more than 2%.
Second, during the warranty period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
batch defective products, we will repair and resend to you or we can discuss the solution
including recalls based on actual circumstances.
