– Krystol Broadcast is a dry shake crystalline waterproofing treatment that turns horizontal concrete applications into a permanent waterproof barrier.

– Krystol Broadcast is cured during the finishing process to become an integral part of the concrete replacing the need for conventional membrane waterproofing systems. Krystol Broadcast has a unique adhesive coating that ensures even distribution and creates a smooth finish suitable for air-filled concrete slabs.

– Krystol Broadcast contains Krystol technology. When applied to concrete, Krystol reacts chemically with water and unhydrated cement particles to form needle-shaped crystals that fill pores and micro-cracks in the concrete, permanently sealing off water and contaminants in the water. Whenever moisture is present throughout the life of the concrete, the material will begin to crystallize, ensuring permanent waterproof protection.

Krystol Broadcast dry shake is best suited to very thick concrete slabs that will be machine cured during finishing. For typical thickness slabs, KIM admixtures may be more cost effective.
