APPLICATION

Mizone ^® Latex is a high-grade emulsion that significantly improves the quality of cement mortars such as:

• Cement mortar (connecting mortar)
• Thin layer of patching mortar
• Waterproof plaster
• Floor screed
• Concrete repair mortar
• Abrasion resistant coating
• Tile adhesive
• Masonry mortar.

CONSTRUCTION METHODS / TOOLS

Surface preparation:

Concrete surface must be clean, in good, solid condition, free from grease, cement dust and other adhesive impurities.

Saturate the entire absorbent surface but do not leave standing water.

1. Connection layer

Mixing ratio:

Mix according to the ratio: 1 liter Mizone ^® Latex + 1 liter water + 4 kg cement to create a mortar mixture that can be applied to about 4m².

Construction:

Add cement into the pre-mixed Mizone ^® Latex and water mixture, then mix well until a uniform consistency is achieved, apply this layer of oil slurry to the surface and then pour new concrete or plaster immediately.

2. Plaster

Mixing ratio: Mix according to the ratio: 1 liter Mizone ^® Latex + 3 liters of water, then mix this solution with the cement - sand mixture to create plaster. Adjust the amount of this solution to achieve the required consistency for construction. Cement : sand ratio = 1 : 3 (by mass).

Construction: Apply the plaster layer while the bonding layer is still wet.

Cleaning: Clean all tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Important Instructions:

Always mix cement into the Mizone ^® Latex-water mixture as a bonding agent.

Follow standard maintenance practices, always saturate the work surface but do not allow standing water.

If applying multiple coats, apply while the previous coat is still wet.
