◆ Features: Protective paint (commonly known as three-layer waterproof paint) is a one-component product, low viscosity, room temperature curing, easy to dip, brush, spray, with good high and low temperature resistance (-20 ~ +100ºC), excellent electrical insulation, anti-aging, moisture-proof, dustproof and toxic gas-proof performance. Suitable for indoor "three-layer defense" protection of PCB circuit boards and electronic components. ■ Application: Mainly used in various electronic components, instruments, machinery, stone bonding, sealing and coating.

■ Usage method and precautions ※ Dip coating process: ① Pour the protective paint into the dipping bucket for dip coating, the dipping speed of the circuit board or component should not be too fast to avoid foaming. After dipping and coating, hang it up and let it dry at room temperature for no more than 40 minutes. Do not heat and dry as much as possible. ② After dipping, if there is any protective paint left, it can be poured back into the empty bucket. Keep it sealed and use it as soon as possible. When reusing, if there is peeling on the surface, the peeling will be eliminated, and it will not affect the performance of the product, and it can be used again. ※ Spraying process: ① Dilute the protective paint with a specialized thinner, and add a large amount of thinner. The viscosity of the glue is low and the thickness of the glue is thin. On the contrary, the viscosity of the glue is high, the thickness of the coating is thick. The recommended amount of diluent is 10~20%. ② Put the diluted glue into the watering can and spray. ③ Use the thinner to clean the watering can after spraying. ※ After pouring the glue out of the can, wipe off the glue at the mouth of the can and tighten the can. Cover, seal and store in a cool place. When reusing, if there is a little glue at the mouth of the can, the cover can be peeled off without affecting normal use. ※ This product is not a dangerous commodity, but do not contact with eyes.
