Construction of Sikadur 731

Surface preparation

All concrete surfaces must be clean, free of standing water and free of loose contaminants. Cement dust must be removed by mechanical means (e.g. sandblasting).

Mix:

Mix the 2 components together for at least 3 minutes with a low speed electric mixer (no more than 500 rpm) until the mixture becomes smooth, thick and uniformly grey.

Construction:

When used as a thinset adhesive, apply the mixed adhesive to the surface with a trowel, spatula or gloved hands. When used as a repair mortar, formwork may be required. On damp surfaces, trowel thoroughly.

Toilet

Clean equipment and tools with Thinner C immediately after use.
