2 Q、How can I get your sample? A sample with an area of less than 0.5 square meter and a weight of less than 15 kg will be provided by us for free. The express and logistics fee will be paid by you.

6 Q、What is your payment terms?

We accept 30% deposit in T/T and the remaining 70% will be paid by T/T before shipment.

7 Q、How are your products packaged?

According to customer's request, products will be packed using wooden boxes, cardboard boxes or pallets with standard export size.

8 ) Q、 Delivery time.

For small quantity of inventory, shipment can be arranged about 10 to 15 days after payment. For container orders, goods can be sent about 20 to 40 days after deposit paid. Meanwhile, delivery time will always be on time.

9 Q 、 Where is the loading port?

To maximize your logistics efficiency, the loading port will automatically match the nearest production area (such as Granite/Fujian marble) based on the product type and destination port. Typically, this can optimize domestic freight by 10-25%.
