The release membrane is made from high density polyethylene with a grid structure of square chambers, each chamber cut in a swallow tail shape to securely fix the tiles above with tile adhesive. The backing is covered with a heat-sealed non-woven polypropylene fabric, designed to provide optimal adhesion to the tile adhesive used to bond the membrane to the substrate below.

4.Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE MOLD MAKING?
A: It usually takes about a month to complete the mold.

5.Q: WHAT ABOUT THE SAMPLES?
A: After the mold is completed, we will make some samples for you to check.

6 Q: WHAT ABOUT MODIFICATIONS?
A: Please give us your feedback after receiving the sample. If there is any difference from the drawing, we will adjust the mold and make new sample.
