Terraseal is a two-component, economical, permanent waterproofing system for concrete and masonry. It is ideal for use in dimensionally stable areas such as foundations, water tanks, retaining walls, etc. Terraseal is applied by brush or spray in two to three coats. The surface coated with Terraseal forms a durable, waterproof coating, ideal for areas with harsh climatic conditions.

APPLICABLE AREA
Terraseal is used for waterproofing concrete and mortar surfaces in locations such as:
• Construction foundation
• Partition
• Water tank
• Planter
•Canals or reservoirs

SURFACE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that all dust, dirt and foreign matter is scraped and removed. Also ensure that surfaces are free of salt, oil, grease and burrs, and protect all adjacent surfaces not to be worked on. If the surface of the area at the time of repair is dry, the surface must be dampened before applying Terraseal.

CONSTRUCTION & CLEANING OF TOOLS
Mix the components in the proportions as given in the Technical Data and apply in 2 to 3 coats to achieve an overall thickness of 1.5-2.0 mm with an overall material consumption of 3kg – 4 kg/m2. Add the powder to the resin and use a mixer to achieve a lump-free homogeneous mixture. Apply by brush or spray, with a 3 hour waiting time between coats. Terraseal mix should be used within 1 hour.
Construction tools and equipment must be cleaned with water immediately after use.

PACKING & STORAGE
Terraseal is supplied in a set: 5 kg plastic can and 15 kg bag of powder. Store the container in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature and cold. Unopened cans can be stored in
12 months. Priority is given to pre-production products.
