CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS

1. The gap to be filled must be clean of dust and grease.
2. No primer treatment is required on smooth surfaces, however, on rough surfaces such as concrete, stone, cement, primer can be applied by mixing AC 607 with water in a ratio of 1:4 to increase adhesion.
3. The minimum and maximum joint widths should be between 5mm/25mm. It is recommended that the joint size should be in the ratio of depth/width = 1/2. The application temperature should be between +5°C and +40°C.
4. Smooth and level the surface immediately after application with a wet tool. Excess adhesive can be cleaned with a damp cloth before it is completely dry.
5. Make sure the sealant surface dries naturally for at least 2 hours.
6. Excess dried silicone can be cleaned off mechanically.

• VOC content reaches A+ level according to French standards.
• Fire resistance class M1 according to NF P 92-501 method.
• VOC content meets LEED standard EQc4.1 “Low-emitting products” of SCAQMD article 1168.
