ELECTRONIC QUOTATION & CONTRACT
Applicable to business transactions within the DaisanMart ecosystem
Standardize the process of quoting, signing and storing electronic contracts between DaisanMart and business partners; Ensure legality, processing speed and data reconciliation capabilities on ERP - CRM - Cloud platform.
- All Suppliers, Agents, Showrooms, B2B Customers have authenticated accounts on the DaisanMart system.
- Applicable to commercial transactions, purchase and sale of construction materials and interiors with value from 50 million VND or more.
- Contracts signed electronically via the DaisanSign system have the same legal value as paper contracts.
1. Enterprises create electronic quotes on the DaisanMart platform (via ERP or Website).
2. Quotes are automatically sent to customers via email/link with OTP authentication code.
3. Both parties confirm and electronically sign using digital certificates or OTP confirmation codes.
4. After signing, the contract will be encrypted, stored and reconciled in ERP, and a PDF will be sent to relevant parties.

- Quick search: Contracts are saved on the cloud and can be searched by code, partner name or signing time.
- Automatic reconciliation: Contracts linked to debts, quotes, receipts and payments, reducing errors and loss of documents.
- Comply with the Law on Electronic Transactions and Decree 130/2018/ND-CP of the Government of Vietnam.
- All contracts signed through the DaisanSign system have the same legal value as paper contracts.
- Digital signature data is stored for at least 05 years and can only be accessed by authorized persons.
- Complaints or requests for contract lookup should be sent to: legal@daisanmart.vn .
- This policy takes effect from December 1, 2025 .
- Contracts and quotes issued before this time remain valid according to the old regulations.
- DaisanMart has the right to update and adjust policies when necessary, and will notify 07 working days in advance.
