B2B DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Applicable to Suppliers – Agents/Showrooms – Corporate Customers in the DaisanMart ecosystem
- Applicable to domestic B2B orders in Vietnam generated through DaisanMart (including Daisan warehouse/supplier/agent).
- Not applicable to dangerous/special goods (flammables, controlled chemicals) or international shipping.
- SLA : Delivery time commitment. POD : Delivery confirmation receipt/photo.
- FOB Warehouse : Risk transfer when goods leave Daisan/Supplier warehouse onto the buyer's vehicle.
- DAP Construction : Daisan/NCC is responsible for the designated construction site.
1) Packaging
- Brick/stone goods: standard bales and pallets; anti-breakage padding; PE shrink wrap.
- Glue/cement: carton/bag has warning instructions for stacking ≤ manufacturer's regulations.
- Label the package: PO code, SKU, number of packages, weight, destination.

- Forklift must be used in the warehouse if the package weighs ≥ 500kg/pallet.

1) Responsibility for goods

- It is recommended to buy insurance when the lot value is ≥ 300 million VND or the route length is > 400km.
- Insurance payment is based on valid documents and loss reports; excluding substandard packaging/incorrect packaging.
- Confirm in advance: access road , loading ban hours , loading and unloading distance , floor/elevator (if any).
- Additional charges outside the agreement (carrying far away, waiting for premises, climbing floors): apply additional charges in section VIII.
- Notify within 24 hours of receiving the goods; provide photos/videos, package stamps, seals, PODs.
- DaisanMart/shipping partner responds within 48 hours , handles refunds/returns according to actual status & contract agreement.
- Complete reconciliation within 3 working days after having sufficient documents: POD, freight invoice, surcharge with minutes.
- Payment according to the terms of the shipping contract/PO; issue VAT invoices according to regulations.
- Prohibited/dangerous goods according to Vietnamese law; prohibited/suspended routes by management agencies without special permits.
- The policy takes effect from December 1, 2025 and replaces previous versions.
- DaisanMart has the right to update to suit reality; notice 07 working days in advance.
