Business Credit & Refund Policy

Applicable to Suppliers, Agents, Showrooms in the DaisanMart ecosystem
I. Objectives
The policy aims to encourage sales growth, ensure stable cash flow, control debt risks and enhance creditworthiness between parties.
II. Scope & subjects of application
- All businesses signing commercial contracts with DaisanMart have verified accounts.
- Applicable to transactions of buying and selling construction materials, furniture, and standard products.
III. General principles
1. Transparent – ​​Automatic – Real-time tracking on ERP system.
2. Policy is calculated based on real transaction data.
3. Enterprises comply with payment deadlines and debt commitments.
IV. Rebate Rate & Conditions

≥ 3 billion A+ 2.5% No overdue >5 days, stable sales
≥ 1 billion – < 3 billion A/B 1.5% On-time payment, KPI reached 90%
< 1 billion B/C 0.8% No disputed debt
V. Credit rating & payment limit

VI. Payment and control process
- Reconcile sales and accounts receivable at the end of each month.
- Refund payment within 10 working days after debt confirmation.
- In case of dispute, it will be handled within 5 days according to financial procedures.
- Automatically deduct overdue debt before paying rebate.
VII. Complaints & validity
- Complaints should be sent to finance@daisanmart.vn within 5 working days from the reconciliation date.
- The policy takes effect from November 1, 2025 and replaces previous regulations.
