Packing steps:
1. protect tub with PE foam around the tub, then wrap with PP film ;
2.Taking tub into 5 layers carton, tighten the whole box with 3 clear type strips and cover the box, then wrap with 2 plastic strips.
PS:Our 5 layers carton is made of A grade paper (strong)
Q1:What is your packing way? A:When the quantity more than 20 sets, we pack the bathtub with carton; less than 20 sets, with carton+wooden, which is sufficient for safety during LCL shipment.
Q2: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T.30% DP before production, 70% balance before shipment. We will show you the photos of production and package before delivery.
Q3:Can you customize for market?
Yes, we have R&D team for customization. After received ideal/drawing/samples from client, we will offer our professional opinion for development. We can build the mold and fixture with drawings for each client. Most of products exported as customized with CE certificate.
Q4:What is your production lead time?
Generally is 15-20 days after purchase order confirmed and received the deposit. Specific delivery time depends on items and order quantity.
Q5: Is sample order accepted?
Yes, we can supply samples from stock or new production, but customers have to pay the sample cost and courier cost.
Q6:Do you test all your goods before delivery?
