Question 2: How is your product packaging?
A: Mosaic tiles and ceramic tiles are packed in cartons then stacked on wooden pallets and wrapped with shrink film. We provide standard white or brown cartons for most orders. We can also provide custom cartons according to customers' designs at cost price.

Question 3: What is the delivery time for my order?
A: If the product you ordered is available, the delivery time is usually 7 days. If the product you ordered is not available and we need mass production, the delivery time is usually 35 days.

Q4: Can you supply tile adhesive and mortar?
A: Yes, we provide complete package of mosaic tiles/wall tiles, adhesives and other installation materials for customers to purchase one-stop.

Q5: Can I get a sample to check the quality before placing an order?
A: Yes, we can make free samples for you to check and approve the quality and design before placing order.

Q6: Do you have installation and maintenance instructions?
