A: Yes, free sample in small size (10x10cm) can be paid by shipping fee or prepaid.

A: You can email us, it would be better if you provide more details for tracking your inquiry, such as size, type, quantity, material, etc, then we can make provisional invoice for the order.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: 30% payment in advance by T/T, balance before shipment; also can accept Western Union and irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: When can you deliver?

A: Our factory has stock for almost 80% products, we can deliver within 7 days, otherwise, it will take 15~20 days after receiving the deposit.

Q: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, OEM is highly welcome, we can also pack as per your own request and print your logo on the bottom of the tile if the quantity is enough.

Q: How to ensure quality?

A: Free sample will be able to verify our quality, we also conduct careful and strict inspection during production as well as before loading and will send test report for customer checking if needed.
