Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Answer: We are trading company with factory. We manufacture the products ourselves and we also source from other cooperative factories which can ensure competitive price and good quality.

Q: Can you send free samples?

Answer: Samples are free, but you need to pay the express cost and it can be deducted from the following order.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

Answer: Every product we produce is based on international standards, ISO13006. Meanwhile, QC will keep working during production and before shipping.

To remove old grout from ceramic tiles, follow these steps:

1 Be sure to wear protective equipment such as gloves and goggles.



2. Work in small sections at a time to avoid damaging the tile.



3. Once the old grout has been removed, use a vacuum cleaner or damp cloth to clean up any debris.



4. If any tiles are damaged during the process, replace them before proceeding with repouting.



5. Apply new mortar into the spaces between the tiles, making sure to smooth it out with a mortar float.



6. Wipe away excess grout with a damp sponge, being careful not to pull the grout out of the gap.



7. Allow the mortar to dry for 24-48 hours before sealing the surface.





By following these steps, you will be able to remove old grout from ceramic tiles and restore the surface to its original state.
