Our strict quality control process for marble tiles. Marble testing includes the following aspects:
1. Check for texture, color, spots, color bands, and granular/uniform crystalline structure.
2. Check the surface finish - grinding, firing, polishing, rolling, dust beating or more.
3. Check for visible defects such as scratches, broken edges, cracks, chips, etchings, pinholes, repair marks, swirl marks, etc.
4. Look for other manufacturing defects, such as angles between adjacent edges and polish strength and flatness.
5. Check the length, thickness and width of marble tiles according to specifications or within allowable tolerances together with diagonal and corner length control.

Thin bricks are packed 8 pieces into a carton or foam box, then put into a sturdy wooden crate.
Thick tiles are packed directly in wooden crates, with safety racks to protect the surface and edges, preventing rain and dust.
The wooden panels are packed into sturdy wooden bundles.
