Answer: Mosaics and tiles are packed in cartons then stacked on wooden pallets with shrink wrap. We provide standard white or brown neutral cartons for most orders. We can also provide custom cartons with customer designs at cost price.

Question 3: What is my lead time?
Answer: If the products you order are in stock, the lead time is usually 7 days. If the products you order are not in stock and we need to have a mass production for them, the lead time will usually be 35 days.
