Description: IZ180(N) is a self-curing inorganic zinc primer consisting of zinc silicate complex as the basis. It protects the substrate from corrosion by cathodic protection mechanism. It shows outstanding workability during application and excellent weather and high temperature resistance up to 400℃/752℉.
With its special formulation, it can be applied up to 175 micron DFT in one layer without mud cracking.
IZ180(N)(P) is zinc weight compliant to ISO 12944 and SSPC 20, Grade 2 paint. Zinc dust supplied is compliant to ASTM D520 (Type II).

Use:

– It is recommended as a base coat in harsh corrosive environments.

– Do not immerse or expose directly to acids or alkalis without a suitable coating.
