X'traseal SN-505 anti-caking glue is a 100% RTV neutral silicone glue with excellent pink resistance. Suitable for areas with high humidity and room temperature conditions. SN-505 anti-caking glue has good Gmail texture, elasticity and good water resistance to most current building materials.

USE:

• Used for glass bonding on all types of materials: concrete, ceramic stone, glass, metal, stainless steel, aluminum, most types of plastic, wood, pine, zinc and electrostatically coded iron.
• Sealing works: Bathrooms, kitchen equipment, bio-protection equipment, cold storage, clean rooms, containers, car assembly, waterproofing, roofs, construction and civil works
• DIY repair work: water springs, air conditioning, bio-protection equipment, children's cars, boats, marine industry work.

We recommend compatibility testing prior to installation to achieve the best desired results.

LIMIT:

Do not use the SN-505 for the following purposes:

• Do not use this aquarium.
• Not for use in: Areas subject to high vibration and abrasion.
• Do not use: Surface coating.
• Not for use with: Polycarbonate or Polyacrylate if subjected to pressure.
• Do not use: Copper metal.

CONSTRUCTION CALCULATION:

The disclosure of the glue line should be calculated based on the compression and expansion ratio of the glue suitable for the width to be constructed and the expansion capacity of the joint during use after construction.

The general formula for calculating the details of SN-505 adhesive should be based on a maximum tolerance of ± 30% for compression and expansion rates.

The minimum width of the glue line should not be less than 3 mm. The thickness should ensure that the ratio between thickness and width is 0.5 to 1.

The appropriate ratio between thickness and width is:

• 6mm x 6mm
• 8mm x 12mm
• 10mm x 20mm
  • Minimum size is 3mm x 3mm
  • Maximum size is 30 mm

CONSTRUCTION:

• Clean dust and surface thoroughly.
• Remove multiple materials and do the job automatically.
• Use support equipment to keep from falling out of position.
• Cut nozzle to desired size.
• Glue stick into glue gun.
• Extrude the glue evenly onto the surface.
• Construction and editing within 5 minutes.
• Clean off excess glue with MEK or Toluene.

DRYING TIME:

SN-505 anti-static glue has no surface after 15 minutes and no depth of 10 mm after 7 days. The hard time may be longer depending on the weather and humidity of each area.
