Instructions for using Loctite 263 glue

First, clean both sides of the adhesive surface with a specialized cleaning solvent and dry immediately afterwards. If the adhesion speed is slow, use the catalyst Loctite 7649 or Loctite 7471T .

For threaded holes, apply a few drops of glue to the threads in the hole. For threaded holes with a bottom, apply glue from 1/3 of the hole near the bottom.

For sealed welds, apply glue around the joint. Then assemble as required.

Requires heating when removing

The product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen or oxygen-rich environments. Or should not be used in welding connections with strong oxidizing material environments such as chlorine.

When not using Loctite 263 glue, you should store it in a suitable environment, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. Because this can change some compounds in the glue. Affect the glue adhesion process when used. After use, clean the lid and close it immediately. Avoid direct air ingress affecting the quality of Loctite 263 glue. The product should be stored in a dry environment and at an optimal temperature of about 8 C to 21 C.
