Fanxiflex PU50 (PU-based auto glass and aluminum sheet adhesive) is a one-component polyurethane sealant that cures with air humidity. Creates highly elastic and flexible joints on most materials.

Application:

• Automotive Industry: Sealing, bonding, vibration damping, sound deadening in OEM and body repair.
• Construction: Sealing gaps, connecting, assembling materials such as aluminum, PVC, wood, roof tiles, etc.

Construction instructions:

1. Surface preparation: Clean, dry, free of moisture and dust.
2. Construction:
   • Use manual or pneumatic glue gun.
   • Use glue within 24 hours after opening the lid.
   • Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C.
   • Store adhesive at 20°C before application in cold weather.
3. Note:
   • Do not use on bitumen, natural rubber, EDPM or materials that bleed oil or solvents.
   • Moisture may cause foaming as the adhesive cures.
   • Color may change when exposed to UV light.
   • Maximum glue layer depth/width 12mm, minimum 5mm.
   • Clean tools and excess glue with alcohol or Acetone before glue dries.
