Dowsil 688 Silicone Sealant is a one-component neutral sealant widely used in construction. Dowsil 688 is easy to apply in all weather conditions. The adhesive quickly cures at room temperature upon contact with air humidity to form a durable, flexible, highly elastic and weather-resistant silicone layer.

Dowsil 688 Glazing and Cladding Sealant Application

• Dowsil 688 is a one-component neutral adhesive designed for a wide range of glazing and weathering applications. It bonds to form a strong weatherproof adhesive on most common building materials.

Limit

• Do not use in locations subject to continuous immersion in water, underground joints, locations subject to excessive abrasion and physical impact.
• Do not use on materials that bleed oils, solvents, plasticizers or materials such as impregnated wood, grout, or incompletely cured materials.
• Do not use on copper or materials containing copper.
• No direct contact with food
• Do not use with other non-cured products other than Dowsil 688.
• When used with other composition structural adhesives, the adhesive must be completely cured before using Dowsil 688.

The product has not been tested and is not suitable for medical or pharmaceutical purposes.
