Laminated glass is manufactured using high-quality adhesives and advanced bonding technology. Laminated glass is made up of two or more sheets of high-quality glass bonded together with a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) adhesive. After the PVB adhesive is placed between the glass sheets, the entire glass block is heated and compressed. This ensures a complete bond between the vinyl and the glass. In the event of breakage, the glass fragments are retained on the plastic adhesive.
