Shin-Etsu G-501 Grease is a specialty silicone grease ideal for plastics and provides excellent lubrication and noise reduction. G-501 is less likely to cause stress cracking of polycarbonate (PC), polyacetal (POM), ABS and most other plastics.

Shin-Etsu G-501 Grease and Industrial Applications

Shin-Etsu G-501 Household plastic appliances, office equipment parts, auto parts, precision mechanical parts bearings and the like.
Temperature range of Shin-Etsu G-501 grease: from -50 ℃ ~ + 150 ℃.
Shin-Etsu G-501 grease is a pure, anti-oxidation, wear-resistant silicone grease with special additives, suitable for plastic parts, fan bearings, lubrication and noise reduction. The ratio between the lubricating components (such as: POM Polyacetal, PC polycarbonate, ABS plastic materials, etc.) does not form cracks. The lubricating combination between grease and metal Shin-Etsu G-501 grease is far superior in lubricating ability to conventional silicone oil.

G501 is considered a silicone fluid especially oil based. This grease is ideal for blown bearings and plastic parts where it provides both lubrication and noise reduction properties. It is also an excellent lubricant for steel/steel contacts.

Shin-Etsu G-501 is a special silicone grease as a base oil, It is made of special anti-wear, anti-oxidant and other additives. It is suitable for lubricating and silencing plastic parts and fan bearings. No cracks are formed between lubricating parts (for example, plastic materials such as polymorph POM, polycarbonate PC and ABS). The lubrication between Shin-Etsu G-501 grease and metal is much more than that of conventional silicone oil lubrication.

Shin-Etsu G-501 grease with special silicone oil as base oil, adding special anti-oxidation, anti-wear additives, applicable to plastic parts, blow bearings, lubrication and silencer. The ratio between lubricated components (such as: Polyacetal POM, polycarbonate PC, ABS and other plastics) will not form cracks. Shin-Etsu G-501 lubricant between metals is more than the general lubricating effect of silicone oil.
