I. INTRODUCTION

II. OUTSTANDING FEATURES OF RUST BULLET STANDARD
– Is a 1-component paint, no need to mix solvent.
– Used directly on metal surfaces such as iron, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized iron, rusted or not rusted without the need to clean the surface, reducing the cost of surface cleaning (sandblasting, shot blasting or mechanical grinding), labor and time for rust treatment. In addition, the product can also be applied directly on the surface of reinforced concrete floors.
– Just 2 coats of paint with a thickness of 120 micrometers will protect the metal for over 10 years.
– Meets stringent standards such as ASTM, SSPC, EPA, National Secondary Drinking Water Regulations (NSDWRs) , TÜV (ISO 9001:2008)…
– With the ability to withstand temperatures from -20 o C to 320 o C and can be used on hot metal surfaces around 90 o C.
– Good abrasion resistance, high impact and scratch resistance, so it is often used in environments requiring high mechanical properties (typically bolts and nuts).
– Withstands all highly corrosive environments such as seawater, salt mist, chemicals, fertilizers, wastewater treatment, gasoline and gas.
– Rust Bullet is environmentally friendly because the product does not contain zinc, heavy metals, lead or chromate compounds, so it can be used in drinking water environments without affecting the health of users.

IV. COMPARISON OF TESTING (ASTM) WITH OTHER TRADITIONAL PAINTS (ASTM)
ASTM is the leading US standard used to certify whether a product is qualified to pass rigorous testing processes before the product is announced to have passed the test or not?
All 11 metal samples were treated with various protection methods (as shown above) and all of them were tested according to ASTM standards as follows:

The results showed that Rust Bullet Standard passed all the above tests and had higher corrosion resistance than other products (such as Rust Oleum conventional anti-rust paint, Zinc Chromate Primer and polyurethane coating, Cold Galvanizing Compond, galvanized steel control panel and other anti-corrosion products.)
