Zincosil 430 (Zinc Spray Shinning) is a bright zinc coating in spray form used to prime or coat metals (iron and steel, hot-dip galvanized steel and electrolytic galvanized steel) under normal conditions like other traditional paints. After drying, the metal is protected by a cold zinc coating with a zinc content of up to 98%, providing anti-electrochemical corrosion function. Widely used in metal welding and cutting, zinc compensation in hot-dip galvanizing process, zinc coating repair, zinc color equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing and electrolysis.

APPLICATION:
Hot Dip Galvanizing Replacement:
– Repair hot-dip galvanized coating damaged by welding, cutting, drilling holes.
– Paint to restore hot-dip galvanized surfaces due to environmental corrosion.
– Galvanizing at the construction site or production site without having to bring it to a hot-dip galvanizing workshop.
– The color is similar to hot-dip galvanizing, so it can be used as a primer (1 coat) or topcoat (2 coats). The paint can be combined with other traditional paints (alkyd or epoxy) to create the desired color.

– Electric poles, lighting poles, parabolic towers, radar stations, telecommunication poles.
– Construction structure: wharf, factory, fence, offshore equipment, tanks, pipelines, bridge railings, galvanized steel sheet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
a/ Surface Treatment
– Grease, dirt and humid air can affect the adhesion of the spray film, so clean grease and dirt with alcohol or industrial gasoline to completely dry the surface.
– Clean all rust on the surface with sandblasting gun, grinder or specialized acidic cleaning solutions.
b/ How to Use
– Shake well for at least 1 minute to evenly distribute the solution in the spray bottle.
– Spray evenly on the surface of the material or the area to be sprayed. Keep the spray distance at 30cm.
– Spray a thin layer with a drying time of 15 minutes and a completely hard paint time of 24-36 hours.
– After 12-24 hours, you can apply a second coat.
– After spraying, turn the spray bottle upside down, gently squeeze the spray cap for 2-3 seconds to clear the air tube to avoid clogging when left in the air for a long time.
