Q2. Can I order if quantity less than MOQ?
A2:Yes, it will be taken as sample order to production. We take more serious on sample order.

Q3. Can I get Free Samples?
A3:Yes. Free samples are available. We can arrange the free sample for you. However, the postage should be paid by you.

Q4. Can I order with my LOGO printing, size ,shape and package?
A4:Yes, OEM and ODM service is OK. You can give us the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. We also have professional design team for you.

Q5. What is your lead-time?
A5:Based on past experience, OEM and ODM orders: 10-15 DAYS ;NORMAL order: 7-10 DAYS. I will finalize the specific lead time as soon as possible and inform you immediately.

Q6. What the assurance service?
A6:Any problem or defective product should be remove before we delivery. if have any case, we assurance to make a replacement for you.
